Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing klop.press or engaging KLOP Press (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“KLOP Press”) for printing services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
2. Quotes & Orders
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change after this period.
- An order is confirmed only upon receipt of (a) signed quote or purchase order, (b) artwork approved by the customer, and (c) a minimum 50% deposit.
- KLOP Press reserves the right to decline orders that violate Malaysian law, infringe third-party IP, or fall outside our production capabilities.
3. Artwork & Intellectual Property
- The customer warrants that all artwork, text, and images submitted are owned or licensed by them and do not infringe any third-party rights.
- KLOP Press retains the right to use produced work for portfolio, marketing, and capability demonstration purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Customers are responsible for retaining their own master files. KLOP Press keeps production files for the duration of the order warranty period only.
4. Production Tolerances
Print industry standards apply. Expect:
- Colour variation of ± 5% (Pantone matching not guaranteed unless specified)
- Cutting tolerance of ± 1 mm
- Quantity variation of up to ± 5% on bulk runs (over-runs charged at pro-rata)
5. Lead Times & Delivery
Lead times are estimates from artwork approval and are not guaranteed. KLOP Press is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, carrier issues, or customer-side artwork changes. See our Returns & Refunds policy for issue handling.
6. Payment
- 50% deposit on order confirmation; 50% balance on delivery or collection
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, cheque, cash, eWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay)
- Late payment: 1.5% per month interest on overdue balances
7. Limitation of Liability
KLOP Press' total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.
