Returns & Refunds

Custom Printed Products Are Non-Returnable

Because every order is produced to your custom specifications, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind, wrong quantity ordered, or post-approval artwork changes. This is standard industry practice for custom printing.

We Will Redo Defective Work

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (print misalignment, cutting errors, wrong materials, colour outside the agreed tolerance), we will reprint or refund. To qualify:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect and the original order number
  • Return at least 5% of the defective units (or a sample) for inspection

Resolution Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+60 18 226 8383 / +60 19 506 3330) or email [email protected] with photos and your order number.
  2. Inspection: we review the photos and request a sample if needed (typically 1–2 business days).
  3. Resolution: if the defect is on our side, we offer (a) free reprint with rush production, or (b) full or partial refund.
  4. Turnaround: reprints usually ship within 3–5 business days of approval. Refunds process within 7 business days to the original payment method.

What Is Not Covered

  • Defects caused by customer-supplied artwork (low resolution, missing fonts, wrong colour space)
  • Variation within industry-standard tolerances (see Terms §4)
  • Damage after delivery (improper storage, transit after customer takes possession)
  • Reorders using old files after the customer has approved a new proof

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before production has started. Once plates, dies, or print sheets are in production, deposits are non-refundable to cover setup costs.
